Animal Tracker is moving to Identi

Any iDLOGIC microchips purchased can now be registered on Identi!!

Animal Tracker is transitioning customer accounts and microchip registrations to the Identi databse. During this changeover, there may be a few bumps while the new registration and different account processes are finalised over the next few weeks. 

All Animal Tracker customers will be informed individually as their accounts are migrated across, with details on how to navigate the new process, we will continue to supply supporting Animal Tracker stationary at this time, which may or may not be used. The Indenti registration process can be completed online, completely paperless or by using their phoneline with the implanted microchip details.

Existing Animal Tracker implanter accounts will be automatically migrated, with no new implanter verifications needed, please contact Identi or Animal Tracker if you are having any problem accessing your account.

New customers wishing to set up a new Implanter account and register their iDLOGIC microchips will need to do so via Identi and will need to show proof of completed implanter training to create their Identi Implanter account.

We will update our guidance and the iDLOGIC website with all the necessary information as soon as everything is confirmed.

Your iDLOGIC microchips are unaffected by the database takeover; however, the process for registering them will change.
